Description

A rare and very pretty Edwardian silver Spectacle Case with matching silver belt / chatelaine clip. This stunning case is beautifully engraved with flowers and leaves and bears a monogram in the centre 'MJ'. It is lined with purple velvet.

Crisp and clear hallmarks for Birmingham 1904 with the makers mark for Joseph Gloster Ltd are visible on the front of the case with partial marks on the chatelaine clip.

Condition: In great antique condition. There is a very slight indentation on the back of the case which is mentioned for accuracy only. The velvet lining is slightly worn.
