Antique Victorian Silver Plated Expanding Toast Rack C1880

Description

This is an unusual antique Victorian silver plated expanding toast rack which folds down to 2 1/2? (6.5 cms) when folded and pulls out to 17? (44 cms) at the longest with space for 6 slices.

It shows the makers mark for William Howe & Co who worked in Sheffield from 1833 until 1881.

It’s in super condition with no damage and could also be used as a letter rack.
