Antique Sterling Silver & Tortoiseshell Trinket Box 1929

1900 - 1920
Description

This is a super antique sterling silver and tortoiseshell trinket box measuring 2 1/4" (6 cms) x 1 1/4" (3 cms) high and hallmarked for Birmingham 1929 with the silversmiths mark for Mappin & Webb - it's also marked Mappin & Webb underneath.

Inside is lined in a cream velvet material which is all in very good condition, clean and ready to use.

The tortoiseshell lid has super colour and has pretty inlaid silver pique and everything is in excellent condition with no damage or repairs (any marks you can see in the photos are just reflections).

This gorgeous box will come with a certificate of authenticity.
