Victorian Oak And Silver Plated Barrel With A Carved Band Of Oak Leaves And Acorns

A very decorative late Victorian oak and silver plated barrel with a looped handle engraved floral detachable lid and white china liner. The round oak body has an empty shield shaped cartouche and carved band of oak leaves and acorns. Good re-plated condition with one age crack to the body.
