English Early 19thc Stool by Miles & Edwards, London

Description

A fine quality English stool in mahogany. This lovely X frame stool with supporting cross stretchers and upholstered seat. Stamped underneath by the cabinet makers Miles and Edwards with serial number 1236.

The stool has a historic professional repair to one foot as photo, it is all in very good strong condition. Circa 1830.

Miles & Edwards were good quality cabinet makers at 134 Oxford Street

London from 1822-1872.
