A most decorative very good quality Victorian silver plated butter preserve dish. The lid has a swan finial, family crest and engraved and scroll piercing. With original white opeline glass liner. Stands on a triangular base with three cast serpents holding the circular frame for the glass. In very good re-plated condition.
