Description

Terrific Victorian silverplated set of a wine flagon and a matching pair of goblets. In typical Gothic style of the period, the flagon is of straight-sided form on a splayed foot with a handsome decorated spout and fine handle; the hinged lid/cover has a good pierced thumbpiece and a pointed finial. The goblets are of campana form on matching stems, with original gilt interiors. The condition of all three pieces is outstanding and each piece carries the same maker's mark and serial number. Great maker and a spectacular display.
