Antique Georgian Irish Sterling Silver Jug - Dublin 1808

Description

This is a lovely antique Irish sterling silver jug hallmarked for Dublin 1808 - the silversmiths mark is partly rubbed but I think it's John Daly.

It measures 3 1/2" (9 cms) high x 6" (15 cms) across from handle to spout x 2 3/4" (7 cms) wide.

It has beautiful decoration and there are no inscriptions or monograms.

It weighs 170.5 grams/5.4 troy ounce and is in excellent condition and perfectly usable today.
