Comments: This octagonal medal is made in 18kt yellow gold (tested). It represents the profile of the Virgin Mary looking to the left. She is holding a lily, symbol of chastity and purity. It is signed Tschudin on the right side. He was a French medallist and sculptor who won the Grand Prix de Rome in 1945. The back is plain and can be engraved.
