Hallmarks: French, eagle’s head

Maker’s mark: C/ star and crescent/ P

Comments: This lovely pendant is made in 18kt yellow gold. It is written in French “Etoile d’amour” – Love Star (enamel missing). It is adorned with a red stone. It is marked with the French eagle’s head for 18kt gold and with the mark of the jeweller Perroud (Lyon, France). The back is engraved with the letter YB.

• Height: 26.27mm / 1.03in (bale included)

• Width: 18.11mm /0.71in
