Danish sterling silver collier with cabochon polished amethyst pendant. 1960s. By Niels Erik From. Although he opened a shop in 1931, the N E From smithy was first registered in 1944, when production became more prolific. Most of this modernist style was produced in the 1960s. This stunning necklace is 42cm inside measurement, plus the pendant drop, which is 5.5cm long. The amethyst is 2cm diameter. Total weight 45g.
