This is a super antique Georgian sterling silver stilton or cheese scoop with a mother of pearl handle hallmarked for London 1827 with the silversmiths mark for William Esterbrook.

It measures 9 1/2" (25 cms) long x 1 1/4" (3 cms) across the scoop and weighs 112.3 grams.

It's in excellent original condition and there are no inscriptions or monograms .
