It's hallmarked for Birmingham 1853 with the silversmiths mark for Foxhall, Hill & Foxhall (Joseph Foxall, William Hill & George Foxall).

It measures 4? (10 cms) x 2 3/4? (7 cms) across and weighs 51.1 grams .
