DESCRIPTION
A stunning RETRO French Natural Chalcedony and diamond ring.
HALLMARKS
Hallmarked to the outside of the shank in true French origin with what looks like a head and one other but rubbed. This may be a Van Cleef and Arpels Phillipines ring, but selling as style of as I am unsure re hallmarks
MEASUREMENTS
There are 18 old eight cut diamonds each measuring 1.5mm
Chalcedony length 15mm down each shoulder. It is possible one of these pieces has been reset as it is not as flush to the diamond setting as the other, but stable, completely safe and beautiful
Total Diamond content approximately 0.50ct
This really is superb craftmanship and a perfect example of an intricate handmade piece
CONDITION
Fair condition, signs commensurate of age, would benefit from a re-polish if wanting to look new.
