This is an excellent example of a solid sterling silver novelty pin cushion, dating from the Edwardian era.
The silver body of the camel is in excellent condition. It is hallmarked on the side for Birmingham 1907, with the maker''s mark of Adie & Lovekin Ltd. The cushion cover has been replaced and it a good quality navy blue velvet.
