Description

An Antique Edwardian Sterling silver stamp box which has been designed as a rectangular shaped table with bow fronted drawers, a double hinged lid and resting on four plain legs. The lid opens to reveal two sections to house the stamps and the drawers also lift open to reveal a further compartment to hold more stamps. This unusual and much sought after stamp box would make a useful addition to a collection. The interior has been nicely gilded and the overall condition is excellent.

It was hallmarked in Birmingham for 1909 by A & J Zimmerman and weighs 2.50 troy ounces (77.50 grams).
