Antique Silver Tennis Racquet Pin Cushion

1900 - 1920
Description

An Edwardian solid sterling silver novelty pin cushion, this one in the form of two crossed tennis racquets on either side of a very large tennis ball.

Clearly hallmarked for Birmingham 1909 with the maker's mark of Sydney & Co. The silver is in good condition. The actual pin cushion has been replaced in a dark red velvet and is a little loose.

Height: 5cm

Width: 6cm

Silver Weight: 9g.
