Pair of 19th Century Kashmiri Table Lamps

Description

A very decorative pair of wooden and papier mache table lamps raised on knopped and twisted stems and shaped bases. The lamps are painted in the traditional style of the Kashmir region of Northern India.

The general condition is good, they stand evenly and firmly. There is a small historic repair to the top of one lamp, this is hardly visible and it is shown in the photographs. The lamps have been professionally rewired with fabric covered cable to UK mains system and have been Pat tested. Please see "How to buy" section on our website.

A very striking pair of table lamps ready to place in any interior. Shades are not included.
