A quality Edwardian solid silver gilt and glass hip flask by G H James & Co (George Henry James), hallmarked London 1910.

A beautiful example with faceted glass and silver gilt lid with highly decorative engraved decoration. The removable beaker, also silver gilt, with a further gilding interior.

In remarkable condition throughout, the lid is free dents and is compete with its original cork. The glsss is unmarked, with no damage or chips and the removable beaker is also free from any dents or damage. The gilding is bright, showing no signs of thinning or wear.

A superb quality example, a perfect Christmas present.
