The cream jug has the same shaped body with a simple side handle and the sugar basin has two stylish stepped handles on either side of the body. This silver set is practical to use and would fit in well with other items from the same period. The teapot is 11.50 cms high, the cream jug is 6.00 cms high and the sugar basin is 5.40 cms high.
It was hallmarked in Birmingham for 1933/4 by Henry Clifford Davis and weighs 21.00 troy ounces (662 grams).
