A stunning Edwardian 18ct yellow gold sapphire and old cut diamond cluster ring. This is a original Edwardian piece, not the common reproduction that are out now

Hallmarked fully but rubbed so tests as
 
MEASUREMENTS
 
Sapphire; 8 x 6.5mm. This is a stunning vibrant cornflower blue colour. The sapphire is in superb condition and a stunning example. It is a vibrant colour, there may have been some heat treatment but this is a authentic aged stone, original to the ring.
 
Surrounding the sapphire are 14 old cut natural diamonds. Approx total diamond carat weight is 0.90-1.00ct
 
THE DIAMONDS ARE SUPERBLY BRIGHT WHITE AT K COLOUR AND SI1-2 CLARITY! One diamond is slightly darker than the others
 
Ring head diameter; 13 x 11mm

Good condition. A superb substantial ring with great design. A perfect original piece.
