Gillows Adjustable Mahogany Piano Stool

Description

Fine quality early 19th century Gillows style Cuban mahogany adjustable piano stool. Fine shaped and reeded legs with moulded mahogany seat frame and shaped stretcher. Seat framing underneath and screw are beech. Some historic worm holes to the beech but otherwise in very good condition. Good original patination with waxed finish. Not stamped but definitely good enough to have been made by Gillows of Lancaster.

SIZE; 13" diameter. 19" high plus the adjustment
