Pair of Antique Victorian Sterling Silver Salts 1889

Description

This is a super pair of antique Victorian sterling silver salts with blue glass liners in super condition.

They measure just under 2 1/2? (6 cms) across x 1 3/4? (4.5 cms) and are hallmarked for London 1899 with the silversmiths mark for Deakin & Francis – they also have the retailers mark for the Hardy Bros, Sydney & Brisbane.

They have beautiful decoration with no inscriptions or monograms and the silver alone weighs 71.6 grams / 2.3 troy oz.

These salts will come with a certificate of authenticity
