Antique Solid Silver Milk Cream Jug

1920 - 1940
Description

A fine example of a solid Silver milk or cream jug with an elegant curved handle, ribbed rim and round footed base. The jug is stylish and good quality, weighing approximately 89g.

It is clearly hallmarked for Adie Brothers Ltd, Birmingham, 1933.

It is in good condition for its age. There are no major damages and it displays beautifully. There is a small dent on the rim of the foot, some other small dinks, some faint internal and external surface marks and minor signs of age and use but nothing detrimental. It has been gently cleaned and polished is ready for use.

The best description comes from the photos so please look at them all carefully and if you have any questions please ask.
