In A Nutshell Antiques and Interiors has dated this piece to the 1910s.
They are each clearly hallmarked for London, 1917 although the maker's mark is a little too worn to distinguish.
They are in good condition for their age. There are signs of age and use, some dents and dinks around the bases and light surface marks and there is a split in the silver on the side of one vase (see photo) but overall they display well. They have been gently cleaned and polished and are ready for use.
