The Old Cinema has dated this piece to the 1880s.
Most were plated but some in solid silver. Here the simple, Japanese style, with absence of decoration strongly indicates this is a design by Dresser himself.
Condition: No dents of repairs, original bast handle (often missing) has minor losses.
