Pair of Georgian Style Mahogany Candlesticks

19th century
Description

Fine pair of Georgian style, late 19th century period, mahogany and brass candlesticks. Lovely elegant design with nicely turned round bases with added weight for stability. The columns are also beautifully turned with carved fluting to the long stem section and sprial carved fluting to the base section. Brass tops with removeable sconces are cast brass of a pleasing pattern.

The candlesticks are in perfect condition with no damage and no repairs. Nice colour with waxed finish.

SIZE; 4 3/4" diameter bases, 15 1/2" high
