Set to the centre with a beautiful oval Ceylon blue sapphire.
The sapphire is surrounded by a halo of ten sparkling old Swiss cut diamonds.
They are collet set in platinum that frames them beautifully and makes them appear a lot larger.
The stones are set above a very attractive scalloped basket with elegant knife edge shoulders
