English Sterling Silver Trinket / Ring / Jewellery Box - 1921

Description

A really beautiful circular silver jewel box with a decorative pie crust edge to the lid and delightful engine turning surrounding the circular cartouche to the centre. There is no monogram or engraving to the cartouche, so it could certainly be personalized if desired.

It stands on the four original elegant legs and sports the original untouched powder blue silk lining, just a little age staining.

Both the lid and base have the English hallmarks for Birmingham 1921.

Excellent condition with one tiny dent to the lid, mentioned for accuracy. Measures 3" in diameter and stands 1 1/2" tall.
