Description

Antique silver watch chain and Britannia silver fob.

The chain measures 34cm long including the T-bar and the clasp. Each of the links has the lion silver mark, and the clasp is hallmarked although the date letter is a little indistinct, probably 1901.

There is also a shorter length of the chain attached which has a silver and enamel fob from Imperial Chemical Industries Limited with a image of Britannia to the centre. The fob was presented in 1935 for long service, and is engraved as such on the reverse.
