A Rare George II Silver Caster

A rare silver pepper or small sugar caster from the mid 18th Century. This fine George II example is of baluster form with a stepped base and an attractively pierced lid, ending in a steeple finial.To the front is an armorial and script initials. A good early collector's item, both practical and decorative.
