Persian Silver Vase Signed Isfahan 1910 766 Gms

Description

Stunning quality antique silver vase made in Isphahan Persia 1910.

Incredibly fine detailed engraving and deep three dimensional repousse work.

Front cartouche depicts a finely dressed lady pouring a drink for a seated man.

The back cartouche depicts the same lady seated and holding a flask

of wine in one hand and a cup in the other.

One side cartouche depicts flowers, a bird, a deer and her foal.

The other side cartouche depicts a pair of pelicans, exotic birds, peacocks and beautiful flowers.

The condition is excellent and original.

The workmanship is of museum quality.

Signed on the base also with town mark and usual 84 silver mark.
