An Outstanding Set of 6 Irish 18th Century Silver Serving Spoons

A superb and extremely rare set of six Irish silver serving or table spoons from the mid 18th Century. These handsome and good quality examples are in Old English pattern, with attractive double armorials to the tops of the shanks. The top Armorial is for the Arch-Bishop of Armagh adding to the interest for ecclesiastical collectors. In these days of somewhat scarce antique flatware, Irish silver and a surviving set of six from this period is a wonderful find. Dimensions below.

Condition :- Very good. There are some age related bumps and digs to some of the bowls, commensurate with use. The bowl tips are very good.
