Description

This is a superb antique sterling silver bridge/playing card box measuring 10" (20 cms) x 4" (10 cms) x 2" (5 cms) high and in excellent condition particularly nice as it has the word 'Bridge' in blue enamel across the top left hand corner.

It's hallmarked for London 1923 with the silversmiths mark for Mappin & Webb which is always a sign of quality.

Inside there are two sections to take playing cards (not included) with a central section for little pencils etc and in the lid there is a pocket that has a Guide to Bridge instruction book in it.
