A Superb Edwardian Chester Silver Cocktail Purse

A lovely hallmarked Edwardian silver cocktail purse with a kid leather interior, divided into four compartments. Assayed at the sought after Chester Office, this lovely purse had a hinged mechanism with belcher chain and finger ring. The body is fashioned to simulate crocodile skin and to the centre is a vacant cartouche. This elegant piece would have been probably used for evenings and cocktail parties and would make a lovely gift idea. Dimensions below.
