An Attractive Victorian Silver Ink Stand

A handsome Victorian silver ink stand. This fine and usable piece has a squared silver 'caddy style' body mounted on a boat shaped base with four reeded and shell legs. The body has a fitted and hinged lid which opens to reveal a removable cut glass inkwell. A superb Victorian example, both practical and excellent for dressing a desk. Dimensions below.
