George III Silver Snuff Box, 1808

Description

A good George III silver curved snuff box with reeded detail by much sought after silversmith, William Pugh. Hallmarked Birmingham 1808.

A nice example, in excellent condition, no splits or restoration, the hinged lid opens and closes perfectly; there is a very minor dent to one side, barely visible to the eye, only really to be touch, mentioned for accuracy and by no way detracts from these good box.
