Fine Silver Shell Caddy Spoon Birmingham 1929

1920 - 1940
Description

A very pretty silver Caddy Spoon. Nice plain polished silver and decorated with a lovely shell pattern on the top of the spoon terminal. On the back the hallmarks are clearly visible for the Birmingham Assay Office wtih a date mark for 1929 and Lion Passant indicating the finest sterling silver. The maker's mark is also clear for James Swann & Son.

 

A charming spoon in lovely antique collector's condition.
