A very neatly proportioned, Edwardian, solid silver Sovereign Holder Case with a loop for attachment. Spring loaded, the Case works perfectly and is in lovely antique collector's condition.

Very clear and crisp hallmarks are visible on the inside of the lid for the Birmingham Assay office with a date mark for 1909 and Lion Passant indicating fine sterling silver and maker's mark for Dennison Watch Co
