Octagonal Silver Powder Compact

Description

In an engine turned silver octagonal case with a spring clasp, this elegant powder compact has a mirror, a hinged section for loose powder with a gauze panel and powder puff.

It can be used as a powder compact or simply as a stylish make up mirror.

It was made in Birmingham in 1954 by Turner & Simpson and is in excellent condition protected by its satin sleeve.
