It is clearly hallmarked for Birmingham, 1907. The makers mark is rubbed, it could be C&N for Crisford & Norris but I can't be sure.
It is in good condition for its age. There are some small dinks around the silver base and some faint surface marks and minor signs of age and use but nothing detrimental. It has been gently cleaned and polished and displays beautifully.
