An early 19th Century pedestal solid Mahogany Desk, circa 1840. One piece solid top, surrounded with a pierced Mahogany gallery. The base with a series of 8 graduated drawers, centred by a single lockable long drawer all with turned solid ebony knobs, sitting on a plinth base. This adaptable piece would make ideal desk or dressing table.
