Description

This is a most interesting and unusual antique shell encrusted lamp in the form of a model lighthouse. The lighthouse is constructed in a plethora of different shells on a platform with fence around, steps up to the door and windows in the body of the piece. The lantern section at the top has a lift off design to access the bulb. The shells are all in excellent order and remarkably complete.

This is a really rare lamp and most characterful especially when lit.

The lamp measures 41 cms high 20 cms wide by 16 cms deep.
