Woodbridge Antiques has dated this piece to the 1930s.
The top is hallmarked on one side for the Birmingham Assay Office with a date mark for 1925 and Lion Passant indicating sterling silver. The maker's mark is also visible for Henry Perkins & Sons.

This top screws off to reveal the original neat glass stopper.
The glass is a good heavy weight and does not feel flimsy!
A really lovely scent bottle in great antique collector's condition.
