Cut Glass Silver Topped Blue Enamel Scent Bottle London 1929

1920 - 1940
Description

A very pretty cut glass, guilloche enamel coated silver topped Scent Bottle. The glass bottle is beautifully cut with stars to each of the four sides and also on the base. The circular silver top is coated in the most beautiful vivid blue enamel in a delectable design. The top is hallmarked on one side for the London Assay Office with a date mark for 1929 and Lion Passant indicating sterling silver. The maker's mark is also visible for Henry Perkins & Sons.

This top screws off to reveal the original neat glass stopper.

 

A lovely scent bottle in great antique collector's condition.
