12 Georgian Silver Dinner Knives

18th century
Description

These 12 silver dinner knives have fluted handles with a shell terminal, are hallmarked for London 1809 and were made by Moses Brent. The stainless steel blades are marked for John Rodgers & Sons of Sheffield, underneath a GR logo, so appear to be original.

They are in excellent condition.

I also have a set of 12 starter/first course knives by the same maker, same date, with slightly different fluted handles if you are trying to make up a canteen.
