A Superb Silver & Guilloche Enamel Compact

A fabulous silver cocktail compact from the Art Deco period. This wonderful example is of excellent gauge silver and has one side with guilloche enamel in a stunning purple amethyst colour. The hinged body opens to reveal a fully gilded interior with a mirror. The compact opens via a twist clasp. A charming and desirable piece of evening silver from a bygone age. Dimensions below.
