Description

Antique silver double albert with fob.

Each of the chains measures 22cm including the T-bar and the clasp.

The T-bar is hallmarked for Chester 1918 with a maker's mark for the Birmingham chain maker Edwin Pope. The same marks are repeated on the clasps.

Each of the links has the lion passant silver mark and one has the date and maker's marks.

The albert comes with a silver and enamel fob depicting Britannia, presented in 1935 by ICI for long service.

The albert and fob have a good weight at 77g.
