Merchant House Antiques has dated this piece to the 1920s.
Unstamped, but all the fittings and construction points to it being manufactured by Dugdill.
Four pivoting joints and a swivel joint in the top section.

The cast metal base would of either been wall mounted or attached to a bench. It is now clamped to a wooden base which gives the lamp stability for adjusting.
Original shade and distressed paint.
Rewired and Pat Tested.
