A good size mid 20th century silver baluster shaped milk jug with a wavy border, cast and applied handle on three pad feet, hallmarked for Sheffield, 1945 and made by The Goldsmiths and Silversmiths Company. In addition to their makers mark there is a Goldsmiths stamp on the base (see photo) giving their address at 112 Regent Street.
